As regular readers know, I will use AI basically to learn the enemy, as there is no doubt at all, as I have demonstrated in previous posts, that AI will, eventually, try to wipe us out.

However… that’s not to say some temporary good can’t coke out of it.

Look at this HILARIOUS thread, where the very some of the very worst human beings on Earth are becoming so demoralised they leave their Satanic work behind. I am talking, of course, about lawyers!

Lawyers NEVER read things properly, or sometimes at all, so forcing them to have to respond to complete nonsense (and I am not sure it IS nonsense, it may very well be that Claude is a better lawyer than they are) is karmic justice.

You know how I know lawyers are utterly shit at their job? Because I worked in a related field of contract law and to date have yet to find one that doesn’t completely fuck things up or gets it all wrong. And when I say that, it’s not from opinion, but consequence. Results. I have wrecked lawyers in contractual disputes pretty much every time I had a dispute with them.

Forcing them to read drivel, or, as I suspect, become proficient at their job, is beautiful.

And I have no problem using Claude on contractual disputes too. Because it works perfectly fine… as long as you actually KNOW the law and how to direct it.

So, the fact that one of the unintended consequences is the destruction of the legal “profession” is a total bonus!
