Well, I lost my record sheet so obviously I couldn't work out until I found it. Right?

There are 2 things going on here: looking fit and smoothing away inner aches, pains and discomforts. Not mutually incompatible of course, but not always requiring the same treatment. I suffer from a stiff neck especially on waking. Working out doesn't fix it but a 2-min stretching routine renders it manageable for the rest of the day.

BTW, is anyone else seeing YT ads for Taichi for men over 50? I also do Tai-chi and it works great to relax and release tension but no way will it build muscle like in those AI ads!

It must be done right if it is to be done at all! Truly a mindset thing. When in doubt of the motivation for yourself, never doubt the motivation that is inspired in others. While I still am working on the consistent increase of healthier choices and more activity, the progress has been much better than previous attempts. For example, since beginning on the 7/31 to 8/25-a 25-30 min wkout at hm 10 out of 26 days lol. So not stellar or anything but leading from nothing it is something. Yes all the same excuses. To add I will agree with the knee pain, it does hinder even using your own body weight when working out, so healing is important to avoid reinjury. Looking forward to the continued motivation!
