I've had success w/ rehabilitative training, breathing and massage...also may I suggest adding a beef collagen supplement to your diet. This healed some severe ligament injuries I had suffered with for years.

Whatever the common medical advice is, do the opposite.

I've cured problems in my lower back by going barefoot and wearing zero drop shoes, and various skeletel issue by sleeping on the floor.
