I would encourage you to explore Tai Chi if you can find a good teacher. Not for the MA aspect, but because, done well, it works the fascia, keeps you loose and limber, and it can be a very calming and meditative practice. (My teacher, despite being an ex-special forces badass with black belts in multiple disciplines, doesn't teach the martial arts aspects of it at all. He concentrates solely on the fascia - getting and keeping it healthy - and the meditative aspects of the practice.)

I got covid twice during the first deployment, with the above mentioned symptoms, and the common long tail symptoms.

Ivermectin, aspirin and nicotine helped in dealing with the long tail.
