The only thing I'd disagree with is:

A. A living thing with a brain.

AI is still nonautonomous, and entirely dependent upon human prompts. I look at it more like an advanced prosthetic arm, entirely dependent on the signals it gets from the brain of the human that wills its actions.

My dog would pass question #2, but I'm not convinced AI does.

That said, I'd agree there's a danger... from certain other humans more than their computer programs. Although maybe in our case, the distinction is academic.

I rather suspect that mankind is in fact incapable of creating truly autonomous AI, because we're not God. And thank goodness for that!
