Re: the dietary component: After implementing gradually over the last 2yrs, I can attest that a low/no-carbohydrate, animal-based diet with weekly fasting and regular use of fermented foods ( like kefir and sauerkraut ) is a GAME-CHANGER. I have more energy, better health and sleep, and NO cravings for sugar.

Do you have any recommended resources for these things?:

"Realising the difference between objective phenomena and principles and subjective ones.

Realising we live in an objective universe (i.e. truth is ONE and exists in the same way for everyone, independent of your ability to agree, understand or even perceive it correctly)

The ability to do math to grasp at least the basics of:

-Percentages and fractions

-Sets

-Ratios

-Basic principles of Probability and Statistics

-Basic algebra

-The basic rules of logic"

Raw meat recipe: Cube raw wild elk or grassfed beef, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lots of salt. Put the meat in the solution, make sure it is well coated, and enjoy once the meat is tinged with grey/brown, which will take 5 min or so. Amazingly good with arugula and if you chase it with oregano oil, NAC, Black Cumin, quercetin, bromelain purges everything.

Fire Post! Really enjoyable read!

Diet: My recommendation is prepping the gut with a 48h fast. I did carnivore twice and the second time I had not done the fast before starting and had to stop after a week because I was shitting myself to death. Diarrhea is normal for 2-3 weeks but in my case it was something else. Maybe it was mucus but whatever it was, it was agonizing.

But my experience was similar to yours, you loose weight crazy fast and then find your equilibrium.

Also the sugar withdrawal is brutal. 2 weeks of sluggish brain, intense cravings and strong headaches. After week two I got really sharp. It felt like gaining 10 IQ points.

Do you eat your vegetables with just olive oil or pure or some other dressing? I have figured out the meat but struggle with the vegetables. I either make them bland or use a dressing that has sugar in it.

I’ve heard that it is easier to fulfill a desire than to get rid of the desire with willpower. So if you want to drive a German or Italian sports car, just focus on making money. I suspect the Alpha born into poverty will get rid of his anxieties when he starts making good money or even becomes rich. Compared to the Gamma who increases his anxieties when achieving financial success.
