I've had success w/ rehabilitative training, breathing and massage...also may I suggest adding a beef collagen supplement to your diet. This healed some severe ligament injuries I had suffered with for years.
Yeah it's a good thing sports rehab specialists are gaining traction because most doctors are absolute morons. I realized that pretty quickly when I went with a cauliflower ear and the doctor thought it was some sort of tumor and wanted to cut if off. I literally bolted for the door. Going to the doctor nowadays with anything short of a gunshot wound is playing Russian Roulette, and probably even then you're better off with a veterinarian.
How has the Tai Chi been working for you? I recall you trying it out a little and mentioned you may try to continue. Doing 90s style aerobic exercises using body resistance has been a real help getting me back into healthier activity without exacerbating old injuries. Been wanting to try Tai Chi to see if it will produce similar or better results.
Sadly the time I have is going into the archery for now. And today not even that as the shoulder has to get better.
I might try it again now to see if it speed up healing, but I also don’t know what I’m doing with Tai Chi. May need to follow some videos or something which probably exist.
Absolute gold G.

Can confirm about the collagen.
Whatever the common medical advice is, do the opposite.
I've cured problems in my lower back by going barefoot and wearing zero drop shoes, and various skeletel issue by sleeping on the floor.
